This is a list of how I believe the order of the difficulty for each enemy aspect of the Legendary Marvel Core Set play out. The higher the number/lower they are on the list, the more difficult they are.

Masterminds

1. Red Skull
2. Magneto
3. Dr. Doom
4. Loki

Villains

1. Hydra
2. Spider-Foes
3. Radiation/Brotherhood
4. Masters of Evil
5. Skrulls
6. Enemies of Asgard

Henchman

1. Savage Land Mutates
2. Hand Ninjas
3. Doombot Legion
4. Sentinel

Schemes

1. Unleash the Power of the Cosmic Cube
2. Negative Zone Prison Breakout
3. Replace Earth’s Leaders With Killbots
4. The Legacy Virus
5. Midtown Bank Robbery
6. Portals to the Dark Dimension
7. Super Hero Civil War
8. Secret Invasion of the Skrull Shapeshifters

I should add that this is how I have judged them to be and haven’t tested this out yet. I will be testing out this list over time though and modifying it as I experience every change for myself.
